Guide To Un-installing Software.

It may sound quiet basic, but a lot of people have asked how to uninstall software from their computers. Sounds as simple as changing your desktop background to most people, For those new to computing and having trouble, here's how it's done...
Guide For Microsoft Windows:Windows Vista:

To Uninstall software in windows vista you need to click the "start" button, the pretty blue windows logo bottom left of your screen, on your taskbar, This brings up the start menu, From here you will find a link to the "Control Panel", Click that link. Now when the control panel window has opened you have two viewing options, Vista's "Control panel home" layout, or the Classic layout, As this is a basic guide, I'll presume the basic "Control panel home" layout. Find the option called "Uninstall a program" :D your nearly done! Wait a few seconds for this to load. Scroll down and look for the name of the program you need to uninstall. This is usually in alphabetical order. When you've found the program you want to remove, Right click on that. You'll see between one and three options, Uninstall, Change or Repair. Click Uninstall to completely remove this from the computer, Click Repair if the program has issues, this will uninstall it and reinstall it for you. Or change allows you to add, remove or change features for that particular program. When you click un-install you'll usually be presented with a screen that looks like the program installer, This is different for every program so your on your own from here, Usually just clicking next next next will remove it, but read the options first.Windows XP:

For Windows XP Again you need to click the start menu button, bottom left of your screen, click control panel, then from there you'll have lots of icons in the control panel window, Click the "Add or Remove Programs" Icon. Then when you've found the correct program it will have a "Change/Remove" button next to it. Click that and follow the programs un-installers steps.Windows 2000 PRO:

If your still using 2000, I'd suggest its that you should be un-installing, XP would be a wise upgrade, Although Vista is the better option, If your PC runs 2000 It's not likely it has the hardware capable of running Windows Vista. But either way , here's how to uninstall software from windows 2000. First click "Start" then put your cursor over "Settings" a new menu will pop out, Click "Control Panel" from here. Click "Add/Remove Programs" When when you have found the program you want to remove, it will have a "Change/Remove" button next to it. Click that and follow the programs uninstallers steps.

I won't go back any further because if your running Windows 98, Don't...
