You need to download a poll script cloud. It can't be done in HTML because HTML cannot process any input!!!
Google "free poll software php" or something, You'll find something simple enough..

Gotcha. I'm kinda new to HTML and stuff and I didn't know that it could not process any input, but hey you learn something new everyday

HTML and CSS just control how and what is displayed on screen, Nothing else. It's like wallpaper and paint... You still need a hammer and nails to do anything really special. PHP, Perl, Even Javascript process things and make things happen. HTML doesn't.
