Made my mind melt. I have no idea what that means..

What format are they in? Look at the end of the file, is it .bin? .cue? .iso?

What hard drive they're stored on makes absolutely no difference to anything.

when you save an iso image you save it to the desktop- but does the second hard drive have an active desktop.

ultimately i am trying to save my files on the second hard drive to free the space on my c: drive

sorry for making it not clear the first time. Does this make since?

If the ISO image burns fine when it's on the C drive, it'll burn just fine on the E drive too..

No, each hard drive doesn't have it's own desktop. Hard drives are just storage devices, nothing else. Your windows account has only one desktop. Other accounts have only one, They're all on the C drive. The desktop is just a folder, like any other. it doesn't matter what, where or when files are stored there.

Try copying the iso to the C drive and burning it. I think your problem is just not navigating to the right place when your trying to select the right ISO image to burn...  :-/

Like i said, they could be stored on the moon on drive ZXE it makes no difference.
When your in your burning software, just navigate to E:\My Movies and select the disk image..

Shouldn't be a problem further than that.. Or if the icon for the burning program is on your desktop, drag the image from My Movies onto the icon. it'll usually open the program with the image ready to burn.. depends on the software...

Are you trying to 'burn movie' or 'burn image' ?
Because if its an ISO then you want 'burn image' and if its a video file, you want 'burn movie'.

She was saying it works fine when the ISOs are on her desktop but they don't work when they're on the second drive.. which is baffling.. There's no reason it wouldn't work. The only thing I can think of is that the path to the image isn't being set properly.
An ISO image is an ISO image no matter whether it's on a 1.5TB drive C or a 1.44MB floppy...  :-/
