Simple comment board on website - HELP!

Ok so now ill need some tips to make a quick simple comments board for people to post their comments. If you can help, thanks Itl have to be small with a box at the top for people to type their comment in then to the right of that a POST button and below that all the comments. It would have to be a scroll box. Thanks in advance

That's been spammed to hell and back but you'd keep tabs on it more closely i'd presume...
It does have a full administration script also.

I was thinking just a name box, a box for the comment, a send button and then what every body else said underneath
