Well i can't see all the code to troubleshoot it but the obvious thing wrong with the above code is there is no starting <form> tag... put <form> above <textarea> also, where is it being posted to? There is no action? :)

It says 404 not found because your submit button takes users to http://www.ergamesportal.i-conica.net/www.ergamesportal.i-conica.net/comments/comments.html

as you can see the url is all wrong...

What "backend" does this have? What is that posting to?

action="www.ergamesportal.i-conica.net/comments/comments.html" method="post">

That is all wrong. firstly it would need http:// before it. secondly, The form can't post the contents to a html document It needs some kind of a back end, php would be a good choice, it would process the comment and place it into a html page. there is no script involved in your comment system. it won't work.

Use the script attached to this thread http://geekimo.com/m-1223231699/ It was written by an experienced PHP programmer and it's exactly what your looking for. As i said in that thread, There is NO simpler way to achieve this. "it's as simple as it gets".

Remember, we're here if you need any help setting that up..
