I have no idea why but when i try to make one of my wireless adaptors use ICS ( as it has done before) it just says it cant do it.

I have a hunch it has comethign to do with service that isnt enabled.

Usually there is a problem with the service that runs ICS, We need to try to start the service, or restart it if it's already running.
Try this:
Run services.msc.
Find the service and make sure its Start-up type is set to Automatic then click OK.
ICS depends on all these services being configured and started also.
If the ICS service can't start, it's likely to be because one of these others is disabled or cannot start.
