As your network is wireless shows your using a router... Routers usually, By default use something called DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) For handing out I.P addresses to each computer/device on your network.

Each computer must have it's own unique i.p address. If ALL computers on the network are set-up to use DHCP you'll never see this problem. Because DHCP would never give out the same I.P twice.

That proves that some device on your network isn't using DHCP, Instead it has it's I.P address specified manually. I.e, Not automatically assigned by DHCP.

You need to find out which device is causing the problem...

Open the command prompt using the Windows key + R (Or click "Run") if its there in the start menu, Then type "cmd" (No quotes) and hit enter.
In the black box that just appeared type "ipconfig" then enter. A list of numbers will appear. Look for the line "IPv4 Address......" Then there will be your i.p address for that computer looking like this 192.168.1.65 write this number down and do the same on all the computers you have on your network, if you see two the same there's your problem. If your not sure which number it is, post the screen shot of that window here.

If or when you find two the same one of those computers has DHCP disabled. To enable it again, open "network connections" from control panel, Right click the network adaptor in use and click:

> properties
> Click "Internet protocol version 4"
> Properties

In that box you'll see the option to "obtain I.P address automatically" or you'll see the numbers entered into the boxes below. The computer with the numbers entered is the problem. Change this to "obtain I.P address automatically" then click ok, restart and all should be well...

If the problem still exists or there is a device such as a printer networked that you can't follow the above instructions for. Let me know...
