Ok I started to watch a video on youtube, after 2 seconds the video stopped, I let it buffer fully but still it wont move from 2 seconds, Help please...

Some videos have this problem, It's a problem with youtube. Many people are putting advice to skip past that point in their descriptions.
It was introduced with the new HD features I think... Only videos encoded in a certain way are affected...
Try just skipping past that point, usually works, not always...
If there's a lower quality option, ticking that might show it properly, with no jamming timeline... :-/

I did that, advanced past 2 seconds, worked for a further 2 more seconds then jammed.

Is it all videos or just that one? Because as far as I know, it's just a bug with some encoding types used...
Doesn't affect every video...
If it is every video, try the usual stuff, updating flash to the latest version, clearing the cache, try a different browser to troubleshoot etc..

tried lots of vids, all pause on 2 secs. latest version of adobe too..
