Both me and sabrefist are trying to run a forum we have installed (we are using eblah)

How did you get the forum working without the extra /cgi-bin/forum/ path?

There are a few ways to make the home page the forum. The easiest is to upload an index.php to your root with the following code in it.
Code: [Select]
<?php
header
( 'Location: http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl' ) ;
?>

There is a much more elaborate solution, in use on this forum but that is quite advance and requires a linux server capable of running mod_rewrite. Then also involves editing some of the perl code too..

Let me know how you get on with the simpler solution above first.  :)

This works and is great for now. But eventually I'll need the main site [Removed - Gives 404] to show the forum.
