Battle Type: multiplayer features
Games category: First Person Shooters (FPS)
Vote card: *will change at end of battle*
Farcry 2 votes: 1
Call of Duty 5 votes: 1

GAME BATTLE OVER
Winner:CallOfDuty 5
Loser: FarCry2

(if you do vote, please post this template below)
my vote = Farcry2
Reason =
I got this game for ps3, it rocks the socks out of gaming history!
you can create your own maps and play them, there are various
different game modes, it is easy as possible splitting players into games
depending on their rank (easier for newbz) And...well Ive never
really played COD5 but I heard its short... and didn't live up to its expectations.

I played the first 20 minutes of far cry 2, got bored. The graphics seem a little strange and there was wayy to much story and talking for my liking, meeting people who I might need later on etc.. I just wanted a gun and some people to shoot, that's what I liked best about far cry... Other than an objective to save a woman in danger half way through, which still doesn't get in the way of the shooting, it was just more my kind of game... FC2 won't be getting played again...

My vote is for COD5, I recently completed it, it was fantastic. Not as good as modern warfare but I prefer the modern stuff anyway...
It was a little shorter than I'd have liked it to be, but was just raw shooting from awesome weapons all the way through.. Bring on more of that s**t...  ;D

There are many games with horrible dark graphics, for instance killzone 2, tis very dark and hard to see.

What's your problem with dark looking games? If your using a CRT or cheap LCD then i can understand, because the contrast ration would make it difficult to see, but games like F.E.A.R rely on the darkness to add atmosphere... On a decent screen it's usually not a problem...

Personally prefer Far Cry 2, I'm sick of the AMOUNT of war games being churned out at the stupid rate they are.

At least Far Cry 2 has a little bit of originality lol

There have always been war games. They've been made at more or less the same rate. Artillery games, (Scorched Earth being the prime example.) have been played on back in the day of Main frames, along with computer space, and pong.

What is overdone is WW2. And WW2 is a great place to set a story. It has an unquestionable bad guy. It has easily research background info. Ect. Its an easy formula to follow.
