Here are my saved game files, from my complete profile.
To use these, make sure you've created a profile in Assassins Creed, Go to your saved game folder.
If XP then:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Application Data\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed\Saved Games
If Vista then:
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed\Saved Games
If Win 7 Same as Vista above, If Mac, ya on your own.
You'll find some files in there with random numbers, these are your profile, simply name the files in this attachment to the same name then replace the originals with these. Now when you start Assassins Creed you'll be playing a full 100% complete game, able to roam anywhere with all the powers and better weapon capabilities.
