It explains the extraordinary use of a special wireless detected "pin" which allows the house to identify you and track your movements around the home, customising the environmental variables to your preference as you travel around the home.
Moving from one room to another wearing the "pin" allows the home to illuminate the rooms ahead of you and switch off the lighting in the rooms as you leave them.
It's not a new home, It was built a few years ago,
Yet still, today, is a marvel of technology and I for one, would love a system like this in my own home.
